The entire summer has been filled for Wisła residents and tourists with participation in exciting events such as the Jerzy Pilch Word Festival, the Summer Grand Prix Ski Jumping Competition, and the Beskidy Culture Week. Attractions in Wisła for the Active
On Saturday, September 3, the Barbarian Race competition, a challenging obstacle course run, will kick off. Participants will have to cover distances ranging from 8 to 13 kilometers filled with various obstacles. On the same day, as part of the same event, the V Polish Championship in Uphill Running on a Ski Jump will also take place, featuring a grueling 250-meter course with a 35-degree incline leading to the summit!
Attractions have also been planned for children – Barbarian Race Kids offers adventures for the youngest thrill-seekers.
On Saturday, September 24, the Silesian Tourist Rally "Without Barriers" will take place. This event aims to integrate people with disabilities and raise awareness that active tourism is also possible for them. The event's finale will be held at the Stanisław Hadyna Amphitheatre at 3:00 PM.

The Beskidy Museum named after Andrzej Podżorski in Wisła invites you to the "Bruclik Bookmarks" workshop on Wednesday, September 7, at 3:00 PM. During the event, the host Weronika Łacek will demonstrate how to create felt bookmarks inspired by decorations resembling highland vests (bruclik).

The Center for Environmental Education invites you on Thursday, September 29, to a lecture titled "Ointments for Autumn Ailments" at 5:00 PM. Attractions for Lovers of Sacred Music
Lovers of sacred music will not want to miss another attraction organized in Wisła. On Sunday, September 18, as part of the 2nd Wisła Cantat Sacred Music Festival, the third concert will take place. This time, Rafał Majzner and Ewelina Bachul will perform works by composers such as Mozart, Schubert, Maklakiewicz, and more. The concert begins at 4:00 PM at the Church of the Discovery of the Holy Cross (Wisła Głębce). The event is free.
Attractions in Wisła for Dog Enthusiasts
On Saturday, September 24, the Polish Cup in Dogtrekking will be held. Dogtrekking involves walking with a dog while wearing a harness. Participants usually have to cover routes of up to several tens of kilometers, during which they must find checkpoints.
